An absolutely Zen experience. The host is an artist, ex-sailor, ex-chef and a major force in resurrecting the local Jong tradition. Staying at his Airbnb is very down-to-earth -the peak of eco-accommodation. All visitors are welcomed into the gentle, convivial, warm circle. Food is delicious. The café is on the beach. The Airbnb is fifty paces to the water

We chanced upon this lovely cafe by the beach, set back from the road with a beautiful sea view. Friendly and relaxed ambience, creative fusion of French, German and Indonesian flavours with fresh local ingredients. Succulent fish caught in the same morning!

A lovely rusty chic place with extremely cool vibes. You can just chill here for hours. Place is quite n cooool under a tree. Loved their style of hanging the menu from trees and all rustic hanging quotes. We ordered regular pizza, chocolate mousse and tea. They have a charcoal oven to bake the pizza. Pizza and mousse were good while tea just passable. Not too expensive and I can go there again just for the cool vibe this place exudes. Lively Spanish music was an added bonus.

Really nice shabby chic vibe. Yummy rendang pizza. Although I think will be even better if there’s more rendang to have the kick. Love that it’s a thin crust pizza! Yummy prawn pasta too. Also pesto pasta was good too.! The raw fish was really fresh! Michel is a great cook!

Michel is an excellent chef. The ingredients are fresh and Michel accompanies them with amazing sauces and seasoning which blend local and western flavors perfectly. There is a wide variety of dishes and drinks for a relaxing evening, or a quick lunch.

We loved the vibes there, It was the only western serving place in the area. Staffs were very friendly and able to recommend and make custom dishes for you. Food was well balanced and delicious. Also available some cocktails and fresh juices & desserts.

Such a rare gem! Right on the beach with the most magical vibe. Great music playing all day, super chill crowd, and hosts who feel more like old friends. The food is fresh, healthy, and made with love. Everything about this place just flows - easy, soulful, and real.
